Hi,

I am 4 months post takedown and am struggling with incontinance issues :-( I know sometimes it takes a while for the system to regain functionality, but I'd sure feel better talking with someone who has experienced a successful takedown i.e. restored plumbing functionality.

3/2009 - rectal cancer
4 & 5/2009 - chemo radiation
7/2009 - surgery #1 ; temp ileostomy #1
2/11 - surgery #2 -takedown
6/2010 -leak in pouch ==> rectovaginal fistula ==> surgery #3 temp ileostomy #2!
3/24/2010 - surgery #4 (takedown of ileostomy #2)
