Hi Bill,
Just wanted to welcome you and let you know that I was in your area today. I part of my job and actually had a good day. I was in a 5 hour mediation and did not need to make a bathroom run. Well, since I got home and into my comfort zone I have had a lot more bathroom trips. Anyway welcome browse through the site or use the find tool for specific searches. There is a wealth of knowledge here.

Hi Norma,

Thanks! Ive been looking through the site quite a bit, but have just now joined. Are you from St Pete too or just in the area? How long has it been since your operation?

Good to hear from you,

Bill

Bill,
I'm not from the area. I live in north Florida and was on a business trip. Although I lived in New Port Richey worked in Tampa for 5 years.

My surgery was 2 years ago, well two years on the 19th. I have an IRA not a pouch. I have about finished the adaption period. I don't think I will get any better but you never know. I am still somewhat careful about what and when I eat. I avoid sugary stuff and limit caffiene
but other than that I pretty much eat what I want. I also have heart disease so I eat heart smart diet.

Take care.
Norma
