Wow! You've had yours almost as long as I have had mine! I lived in Blaine, MN. when I was diagnosed with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP)in 1981 at the age of 26. Had a Parks' pouch done in between Aug. and Nov. that year at St. Mary's Hospital in MPLS. I guess it is now referred to as an "S" pouch. Hardly anybody has heard of the other two nowadays. It's all about the J-pouch! LOL! Living in Spanaway, WA, now. Finding lots of people with Crohn's and UC, but few with FAP. | ||||
