Hi, i'm new to this forum. I saw a general surgeon today, and it seems he is recommending the surgery for me. I joined this forum to get more info from those that have gone through it. And hopefully be one of those that will be posting about all the successes once I experience mine!! Nice to meet you all!!

Welcome aboard! We live in Eugene, just a great little town. There are a handful of folks here from the Oregon area and of all ages.
