Ladies who have had muscle flap repair for fistula... help!! My bottom is very lop-sided after this surgery! I thought it was due to swelling, but my surgeon told me that it is a mound of fat! He put fat over the muscle in my bottom. It is huge on that side! He mentioned that we may use liposuction to remove the fat once I've fully healed. Has anyone else required liposuction after a muscle flap repair? Does insurance pay???

I assume you are speaking of a part of your bum really high up closer to the vagina area? I am also crooked so to speak but wouldn't consider doing anything about it because no one else notices it but me. It's not something that can seen or noticed by others is it?

From what I've heard of lipo it just ends up leaving sagging parts where things have been sucked out anyway so I'm not sure that would be much better...
