After 2 years of trying to concieve with my pouch im finally pregnant im only 5 weeks and im having mild tummy cramps i never had this with my girl but she was post op can anyone shed some light if this is normal with a pouch? many thanks for any replys Louise

cramping and/or light bleeding is very normal in early pregnancy. i wouldn't be concerned at this point unless the cramping is severe. with my current pregnancy, it was sometimes hard to decipher when cramps were related to pregnancy and when it was pouch or gas related. there have been a lot of times that i thought i was having serious contractions, but it was just really bad gas pains that lasted for a couple days. try not to stress!
