Hello Hope, I presume that as you have had a complete hysterectomy that you have had your ovaries removed and are some form of HRT? Just as with the pill not every type of HRT suits all women. Perhaps you need to try a different type or have your prescription adjusted? Just a thought though I'm sure there will be others along soon with some more suggestions. Good luck. Shell One glass of red wine per day is good for the heart..... it's just that mine's a big heart so I need a very big glass!!!! D-| Cheers!

I agree. This hinges on whether or not your ovaries have been removed (not done with a total hysterectomy, which just means removal of the total uterus, including the cervix. But complete hysterectomy is a lay term with a vague definition that means different things to different people). If your ovaries remain, you will still have cyclic changes similar to when you had periods, just without the periods. If they were removed, then your hormone replacement may not be properly adjusted. Take a deep breath and relax; this too will pass.
