Will some of you please explain how you have a working jpouch and fistula? Do you have stool coming out of your vagina? Do you get UTI's? Do you need to wear pads all the time?

This won't be helpful for you but I have a RV fistula and I had a working j-pouch for about a week back in May. I had stool coming out of my vagina and it was the worst week of my life. I was in so much pain so now I have my bag back and I am looking at my 2nd surgery to attempt to fix the fistula.

I know this doesn't answer your question but I'd be curious to hear other answers
