Anyone else have vulvar/vaginal lichen planus? I use vaginal suppositories (hydrocortisone, I think) to treat mine but am wondering if others have other useful tips on controlling it.

I've had it for years and am really tired of dealing with it. The discharge, itching, and pain during sex are quite bothersome.

It's an autoimmune disease like UC.

Anyway, let me know if you have any tips (supplements, dietary changes, etc). Thanks a bunch.
