Hi,

I am in the process of going through my first IVF cycle and am on a fairly low dose of Lupron (10 CC). I have been on it for 2 weeks and have about another week and a half to go at an even lower dose. I really don't think that it has affected the pouch. I am having other side effects from it...neuropathy problems (tingling in my hands, arms, feet, and legs) and kind of a dull headache and fogginess. I could not stay on it long term because of all this but I am just trying to hang on another week and a half. I tend to be very sensitive to side effects from meds and have had the neuropathy from Remicade adn Cipro, as well. I don't think that most people on it have these problems. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Judi

Hi,
I was on 10cc of lupron for my first IVF and it did not cause any problems with me. I will be starting it again in a few months and have no worries about it.
