I get occasional leaking at night and I just use a pantyliner. I know when I am pregnant I produce A LOT of clear mucous and moisture from my vagina and would have to change my undies a few times a day and wearing a pantyliner helped.
I noticed that I had more leaking at night while pregnant and did go away after having the baby.

You can also try the long panty liners. I have leakage issues on a day to day basis just as a result of too many surgeries and I wear the Kotex long liners and it reaches just fine.

The long and thin liners from Carefree work well for me. I hope that you have some luck with this.
