Hi -
We are TTC but I am very nervous about being infertal. I had surgery in October and received a J-Pouch, I only have overy. We have a beautiful 2 year old daughter. I had UC since I was 16. 10 years ago. We got pregnant with her with no problem, the very first cycle off of bc. We are currently in out 2nd month of trying. Very very nervous. Any suggestions? \Any one else have similar feelings? |

I personally haven't conceived after my surgeries but I have heard of many people getting pregnant and carring full term no problems after having their j-pouches.
Sometimes it can take a while for 'normal' people with two ovaries to conceive, some even up to a year for no apparent reason.
