I am hoping to find out other ladies who has c section with ostomy bag. I had the step 1 but never got around to take down due to many reasons (having kids and etc).

I noticed I had discharge going on after postrum bleeding stopped...then my first AF arrived and then after the bleeding stopped. I keep feeling this odd pain in my c section area and inside my vagina. Sorry if its TMI...I keep feeling pulling and tugging in there and I still leak and woke up in bed wet from leakage from number 2...I am so worried that my fistula may be back or something is infected..I am breastfeeding and feeding formula since I don't make enough milk. My eating habits has gone down and I sleep more often and am always tired and in pain down there. This is not helping my milk supply too because it has gone down big time. I already made an appt to see my dr about this on Jan 15th. I am thinking it may be too far off for me to wait especially I have to take care 3 months old twins. Any ideas what this could be and am I alone in this??
