Hello, I am 28 weeks pregnant, feeling great, generally no issues.
I'm having a scheduled c-section and the doctors are concerned about what they will find when they open me up as far as adhesions. I had the pouch created in three steps, so there is no doubt in my mind that there may be some adhesions. What is the risk with having a c-section with adhesions? Is it possible to have some real problems? I think adhesions are scar tissue bond together, is that correct? Why couldn't they cut through it? I am measuring a little bigger than I should be, and the docs think that it is because of my previous surgeries. Just wondering what you think, and if anyone has had issues because of this.
Thank you, and happy holiday's to all.
Life is like a box of chocolates...

I have scar tissue and adhesions and it didn't seem to be a problem for either of my two c-sections. After my first c-section, the OBGYN said I had quite a bit and he tried to clean out some of it! I did have pain and discomfort from them during both pregnancies as my belly expanded.
