I'm about to start IVF drugs in January and I'm just wondering about the effects of the drugs on people,like me, with j-pouches. Can people tell me their experiences with taking the Ganirelix (antagon), Gonadtropins, Medrol, Progesterone, etc.)
Any feedback would be helpful!

I had no issue with the drugs from round one IVF. The shots were pretty easy to give myself as well. Within a week, I was used to them.

I'm currently in process of doing a frozen embryo cycle and the estrogen does upset my stomach a bit. But its nothing like what we have all been through.
