Hi everyone! It's been a long time since I've posted anything & I wanted to share the good news with you. My husband & I welcomed a healthy baby girl named Ava Carolyn Agniachiuk Anderson in March 1, 2007. Sorry I didn't post sooner, needless to say, I've been very busySmiler To all the j-pouch ladies out there that are worried about their fertility, I want to send out something positive. I too thought I would have major fertility problems b/c of adhesions, chronic disease, and I also questioned whether my body could provide the nourishment needed for pregnancy. Well, despite having only one working filopian tube as well as my GI history, Ava came to be nonetheless Big Grin

Congratulations Alli! How wonderful.

I was also worried about my fertility after having the J-pouch surgery about 9 years ago. My husband and I started trying last year and after about 5-6 months, we got pregnant. With TWINS nonetheless. (and no drugs) Just wanted to pass along another positive story. Smiler

I am so happy to hear of other's baby stories! It's funny how we can convince ourselves that pregnancy is going to be another uphill battle. Nature is strong, she'll find a way! Big Grin
