Great news! My son is here! My c-section happened just as planned (39 weeks). I opted for the bikini cut after all (even though my colectomy and 1st c-section were both vertical). This c-section was a challenge with all the scar issue and adhesions, but my son is here safely. He's completely fine. I was on Remicade every 7 weeks this pregnancy as well as daily Metamucil and Align. I also did 3 courses of Flagyl (2nd and 3rd trimesters only). I plan to continue the Remicade once I get the ok on the incision healing completely. I am breastfeeding and will continue to do so on the Remicade. I just wanted to give an update and share my good news! -Laura | |||
