I haven't been on here for awhile. I lurk more on my IVF site. I did one IVF cycle the end of Sept. And it was not successful. We will be doing IVF #2 in Feb. Hoping #2 works. This has been a looong emotional roller coaster. We have been trying for over 2 years and I am surprised I haven't ended up in the funny farm by now. LOL.... Big Grin I never thought trying to have a baby could be so hard. But when there is a will....there is a way. Your prayers would be greatly appreciated next month.

I wish you all the best with round two!

Will this be a frozen embryo cycle or a new fresh cycle?

Please let us know how things are going for you.

Best,

Nicole

Good luck. What clinic are you using? Do you have the protocol yet?

Hope this one works for you!

Healthablue, Stay positive, my wife and I are expecting twins due to arrive in 3 weeks through IVF. We already have one little girl with the help from Boston IVF, though that was from doing IUI. It is an emotional roller coaster but in the end was definately worth it. Our last IVF cycle worked after 5 tries but we finally got there, though I must say the twins will be a lot of work. By the way Jill, how are you doing, I'm sorry I have been so busy and haven't been on in a while, I just saw in another post you are 11 weeks pregnant, Congrats. Good Luck, Scott Mc

heathblue: You are in my thoughts and hoping for a BFP.

Hi Nicole and Jill

Mrpickles: I have 4 months old twin boys via IVF. I just have to say the first 3 months was hard! But now its getting easier now and more fun as they are getting very active. Just take it one at a time when you are feeling overwhelmed and let your wife rest as much she can while she recovers. I wish I did but I was too into my boys. Congrats!!!! Do you know what you are having??

Autumn

Thanks for the advice Autumn,I am having two more girls. As I have said in other posts the testosterone-estrogen balance will be upset in my house soon. I just got a fish and I think its a guy so just two more males in the house and I will feel more comfortable. Just kidding of course, I am just hoping for two healthy girls and a healthy Mom. I will be elated. Scott Mc

Heathablue, we went to BostonIVF for our treatment. Three cycles (2 fresh and one frozen) resulted in three pregnancies (one miscarriage in June). SO we're pretty happy with them in spite of some bumps early in the process.

I don't know anyone who has gone to Brigham - how are you finding it?

Scott I can't believe you are only 3 weeks away from those babies!!! I'll be watching for good news!
