I was also worried about my fertility after having the J-pouch surgery about 9 years ago. My husband and I started trying last year and after about 5-6 months, we got pregnant. With TWINS nonetheless. (and no drugs) Just wanted to pass along another positive story.

I am so happy to hear of other's baby stories! It's funny how we can convince ourselves that pregnancy is going to be another uphill battle. Nature is strong, she'll find a way!
