Is your two year ol just two? Jave you had him or her evaluated yet? My girlfriend - who isn't a poucher and took no mess has a son who did not speak until well past two. But he was really strong in physical development. Is your child really advanced in some other area? Often kids work on one skill at a time so maybe talking just isn't your childs priority now.
My perfectly normal healthy two year old didn't roll over until well past one. We were really scared but had her evaluated and thoug her gross motor skills were weak her fine motor skills were off the charts. Even now, though she can speak in full sentences closer to a three year old she can't jump and her run is more of a fast walk.
Not saying there isn't an issue - definitely get it checked out but I may not be as much a need for concern as you think.

Thanks Jill
Yes he is just about 2. He is great at running etc and very active. I am taking him soon to a speech therapist, I guess I never thought about the meds when I was pregnant, but this time around I just seem to worry!!
