I have discovered that the bags you get in the US are different to the ones I use. Mine are called Assura Easiflex bags and go with the Easiflex ahdesive coupling 2 piece systems. They resently brought out the Assura bags that you get over there and they are horrible! The cloth covering goes bobbly really quickly and the plastic isn't soft like with the Easiflex bags. Perhaps that is why yours don't last as long. As far as I am aware you can't get the Easiflex system on your side of the Pond.
