We are still struggling, but the convatec seems to be the best so far.
They seem to last about 36 hours. The last one lasted 36 hours, but then leaked between the bag and the wafer. Normally it is between the wafer and the skin. I am also getting a box of extended wear wafers from Hollister to try with the pediatric bags. and probably will put an Eakins ring under it all. I just hope the extended wear is not to tough on his newborn skin. |

Hi
There are several cements that work well on me, unsure if suitable for a baby. Perma-type is one I like, and others use 'nu-hope' Nu-hope is easy to get off, did not have teh longevity I sought. I get 5-7 days with Permatype, real ? is if a newborn can use it. I notch my belly button too. |
