Hello,
If any of you saw the Jaguars Steelers NFL playoff game, you saw the Jaguars Quarterback-David Garrard run for a big gain near the end to help win their playoff game. David Garrard has Crohn's disease and has had surgery-12 inches of his intestine was removed. Definitely an inspiration that he can play at such a high level with Crohn's and after surgery. Go Jaguars! Eric |

he is also misinformed, did you hear him say that he was cured of the crohns because he had surgery?

hi,
missed that quote. In any event, He is the 2nd jaguar to have surgery relevant to this site, believe Jimmy Smith was the other. It is good to know about someone coming back so well. Must be more out here, just not publicized E |

i am in cleveland, ohio and there have been 2 former pro athletes that have had ulceritive colits issues. there was William Green who was a running back for the browns a few years ago, and then there was Dujuan Wagner that played for the NBA Cavaliers, and i think is out of the league due to surgery from colitis.
