I am on my second ostomy, for almost a year now. It has been easier than the first, but still frustrating. I am long awaiting a stricture and fistula fix before reconnect. I found some underware with built in support that has made life so much easier and it realy feels like I dont have a bag when i wear them. I tried a belt, but it was too bulky. These undies are great. You can find them through edgepark.com and they are called Options built it Ostomy support for men and woman. They make a backless undie for ladies that is nice for intimacy. I also found deoderizers in their catalog that work, too. Just wanted to share...

Hi Julie,

Don't worry about name-dropping, we all swap info on different products all the time. I think that the Ostomy suppliers love sites like this because it is free advertising to them. Wink

I hope that your stricture and fistula don't take too long to get sorted. Thanks for sharing your advice.

Take care Smiler

Cool Shell Cool
