I’m sorry to hear that your daughter was in the hospital so long. I know how hard that is.

We have never used Salofalk so I do not know what the applicator looks like but perhaps you could try colocort enemas which are hydrocortisone based. When we use these, we use ½ a bottle for my 4 yr. old son. It is liquid and I find most of it comes back out but it definitely helped his symptoms.

I hope you can find something that works soon and that your daughter can get some relief.
