Just read on shaz's ostomy site somebody posted that convatec has just made available the natura surfit moldable in either the convex or the new flat barrier.

Very cool. I wish I hadn't just ordered a new batch of supplies. I may contact them to see if I can try the product anyway. That would have been good to use right after my stoma was new. I still have some issues with weeping skin and breakdown if I'm not careful. Oh, I can't wait for TAKEDOWN!!!!!

Funny, I thought they had the flat ones before the convex ones. Either way, I heartily recommend these wafers.

I think I could probably manage without the convexity now but they don't do them with the adhesive coupling, which is a great shame because that means I can't mix"n"match them with my favourite Coloplast Easiflex bags. Frowner

Oh well, just have to keep using the convex ones for now.
