Soph I think that's because your ISP may operate from Stavanger. When I first logged onto the site it gave a special welcome to people from Jersey in the Channel Islands but that's because I'm with a local service provider.

Yep, Shell is right It's a little programme I embedded on the page to welcome people by working out where their ISP is located (and in doing so, hopefully, it will be in an area near to where the reader lives).
