Hi y'all! I haven't posted in awhile. Just want to let everyone know I am doing great and so happy I had my ileostomy reversed! I still have to watch out for constipation, but prune juice and bran usually keep things moving for me. I am not too sore, just at stoma site. The surgeon went in through the stoma hole to do it all! Even repaireds the peristomal hernia I had. All I have to show for it is a small little dot, like a little circle where it was!! I am so happy!! I have been reading here daily, but didn't have anything to post about really...Just want to send an encouraging word to anyone else out there facing reversal!! I am so happy I had it done and to be back to my original plumbing!!!....Thanks to all of you for letting me vent and for all of your ideas and suggestions. I really appreciate it.
