Hi Lysie,

You may be drinking one sports drink a day but are you drinking enough water? Quite often commercial sports drinks contain a lot of sugar (Gatoraid being one that I can think of) and sugar can lead to even more watery stool. You may be better off with something like Gookinaid or a prescription rehydration formula than the commercial stuff.

You should try to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day on top of your regular beverages. Also eating salty snacks such as pretzils will help your body to retain the fluids you drink. Bananas are good for thickening output and are high in potassium so can also be helpful in combatting dehydration.

I hope this helps but I'm sure there will be others on soon with a few more ideas.

Good luck Smiler

One glass of red wine per day is good for the heart..... it's just that mine's a big heart so I need a very big glass!!!! D-| Cheers! Wink

I have had some dry skin but I just associated it to the winter, not sure if it's because of the TD.
I know I need to make more of an effort to drink 8 glasses of water. I drink a decent amount but probably not enough.
