Can anybody tell me if altitude contributes to bag inflation?? Getting ready to go on a LOOONG flight, and want to make sure what to expect.

I just flew back from my step 1 of j pouch surgery. 2 flights, 38,000 feet, no problems. Of course, the cabin pressure is controlled. Even if it wasn't, I'm not sure it would be an issue. Its different then what you see in a closed bottle.
