Today my stoma is 1 year old. had my jpouch removed and ileostomy made july 5/06. No regrets and I couldn't feel better except for the extra 10 pounds that I've put on.

Congrats! What a great milestone. I'm so glad that you have reclaimed your life. I totally hear you on the weight...my diet starts tomorrow

 Isn't it great to be finally rid of all those "butt" issues? Ditto on the weight though! Keep up the great work and the positive attitude! You're one of life's survivers!
