I have had really good luck with the probiotic Primal Defense Ultra from Garden of Life, but I keep reading on here about VSL...anyone had experience with both of these who can tell me any differences? Primal Defense works really well for me, but I have a hard time finding out how much to take...seems like I develop a bit of a tolerance after awhile.
