I am not for sure what is going on. I have had Pouchitis several times, but this time it feels more like it is actually at the anal area. I literally feel like I have a oven or razor blades attacking me when I go to the bathroom, and then sometimes I will just be sitting or walking, and I will get a sharp pain in the area. My stomach does hurt, but not as bad. My stool smells funny to me, and it is either greenish white or dark brown. I am confused could this be Cuffitis???

The razor cutting the anal area feeling might be due to a fissure.
I'm not sure about the rest, better just wait to jan or someone else with more experience responds.
Hope you get some answers.

Could very likely be a fissure. I'd have your surgeon or GI take a peek.

The 'razor blades' do sound like fissures but when I had fissures I didn't have the sore stomach. Might want to make an appointment with your GI.

If we are voting, count me in on fissure too. Take sitz baths while you are waiting to see your doctor. Also, if you have diarrhea, do what you can to get that under control to improve your situation. I wouldn't be surprised if you have pouchitis brewing too. Could be early cuffitis too, but there usually is bleeding with that.

Take a deep breath and relax; this too will pass.
