Hi all,

Havent seen much discussion on this, and was wondering have any of you gone back to immunosuuressants? I cant seem to tolerate any antbiotic and vsl isnt cutting it for me.

Pleased to hear your thoughts.

According to this comprehensive article on pouchitis, immunosuppressants are used as sort of a last resort before pouch removal. You may want to try the different 5-ASA drugs before going there, but whatever combination works for you is what is right.

There are a few here who do well with Imuran.
