Hi guys
Just recently ive had real trouble emptying my pouch, Ive been getting really bad pelvic pain after emptying that burns in the pelvic area for up to an hour after going to the toilet...would this be a symptom of pouchitis or could it be something else ??? Also i have difficulty urinating and feelso swollen inside my rectal area through difficulty in emptying.Ive searched previous pouchitis posts and i dont think this sounds like pouchitis but im unsure of what else it could be :-(

Could look into having an emptying test done. Ive not had this procedure but I know others have on here. Could be a problem with pouch structure or something?

Thanks for the input guys !! I have no bleeding so does that rule out cuffitis ???
