I had my takedown surgery about 2 months ago now and everything has been good up until about 2 weeks ago. Now it seems that whatever I eat causes me discomfort and I have the feeling of having to go, the output has been semi-solid and watery for the last 2 weeks (sorry for being graphic). I don't know what to do it seems to be getting worse each day, and it already ruined my mini-vacation last weekend. Before all this started happening I was in real good shape, 2-4 BM's/day and no spasm feeling like i have to go all the time. I feel like Colitis is back in full force again and my colon is gone so what could it be?

I am sure you think this is pouchitis, because you are posting in this forum. It could well be pouchitis or cuffitis. Each day you do not call your doctor is another day you are delaying treatment, so my advice is to call the doctor. He may just order antibiotics over the phone without a visit, as often this takes care of business. If not, you need to be seen and scoped.

Take a deep breath and relax; this too will pass.
