Has anybody used doxycycline for pouchitis before? Any results?

I tried it. Didn't do much except make me feel sick. I use Cipro and Xyfaxan.

I did well on it for a few months, then it stopped working. It also made my teeth a lovely shade of yellow, which has gone away after going on to other meds.

I was on it just recently. My pouchitus continued to get worse. I was taken off and put on 1000 mgs Cipro a day and I am doing well now. Good luck.
