considering trying this product not having much success with anything else. Was wondering for those that have used it do you follow the suggested 15 day diet or just take it daily and eat your normal diet. I find the program diet very restrictive of a lot of foods i depend on because of other foods I've had to eliminate from my diet. It also says cleansing can be intense. Whats up with that? Anyone had issues with that?
I take cypro and flagyl rigth now should i stop that when taking cangigone. evan |

Even, some people have had luck with Candigone, I have tried it too. I used it for the recommended time period and still took my antibiotics with it. It's probably wise to check with your doctor first before starting it. I also did the "diet" along with it and it helped my pouch function.
The 'cleansing' aspect isn't like a colon-cleanse per say, just getting rid of the yeast. If you follow the diet too, it is rigorous and at first you do get a little fatigued. In the end, it was worth it for me. |

Evan,
I have been using it for a long time. maybe almost a year, not sure. I wouldnt be paying the $$$ for it if it didnt help me. Do a search for it, i have posted about it a few times. I am currently experimenting with using it everday and a probiotic every other day. |

Thanks for the replys, bought the product but wasn't sure after reading instructions if I wanted to use it, I did see one of your other posts about it Glenn thats what got me looking into it. Just starting to get over a flare up of pouchitis right now, did you guys use it when dealing with pouchitis or when things were normal.
thanks evan |
