I've been taking Cipro for about 8 days now for pouchitis. Urgency and cramps are gone. Fever is gone. Frequencey is down and diarrhea is better.
My stool still seems to be looser than normal though. Has anyone had Cipro do this to them? Can it cause mild gastro upset?

Cipro can cause some gastric upset. I am taking a low dose now for some uninary tract infection - and my gut is little messed up.
