I tried VLS # 3, Natren’s probiotics, Jarro-Dophilus and the pearls. And out of all probiotics, I can say Pharmax HLC intensive capsules are the best. I do not have a j-pouch but will probably need one soon.

VLS #3 did help somewhat for my UC, but Pharmax HLC intensive capsules helped a lot more. I would suggest that anyone with pouchitis give it a try.

Can you tell me where you buy this? Is is like a herbal supplement that you can buy over the counter or a prescription?
