I was reading the post by Jacks tracks and the response by Shelby about wheat.I must say it took me by surprise because I was not aware it was a potential problem.Is there any other types of foods that can cause pouchitus to flare or be more of a persistant problem.I,m not one for eating junk food at all and I do eat a balanced diet,But I still have my pouchitus to,just maybe there is some food I,m consuming that could be a problem.Thanks for the help.

You never know! You could try cutting out certain things for a few weeks and see if you feel better, but you would be best off seeing a nutitionist just so your doing it right. Apparently there is no proof that any food causes pouchitis.
