Has anyone used Rhemicade for pouchitis? I started a treatment for it while I was in the hospital an did two infusions so far. I'm going for my third infusion tomorrow? Should i know now if it's working? I'm also on NG Tube Feeds and on 6MP.

Waiting for 6MP to work on tube feeds for another two months. Has 6Mp worked for anybody with pouchitis? If I flare again i get another dose of Rhemicade. Had Rhemicade today it went well.

i've used remicade for fistulas caused by crohns, and the remicade really helped to stop the fistula drainage and helped to close it. if the remicade was going to help i think you would see a difference soon. have you felt better since your infusions?

The Rhemicade is used for pouchitis in my case and I can't really tell the difference because i'm on ng feeds. The ng feeds i find fixed it the most.

Has anyone gotten bad cramping after rhemicade the next day and like dirrahrea in the morning?
