Just wanted to send in a quick post that two years after my successful jpouch surgery Megan and I are pregnant and due this summer. We didn't have any complications getting pregnant. Just wanted to send out a note to anyone worried about having the surgery and fertility that I didn't have any issues.

Eminem took me a minute to get - must be all the holiday food slowing me down. We are so excited to have this opportunity. After so much medical in Mark's past, we didn't put much faith in this happening naturally and so easily but we were happily proven wrong. We will keep updates on our website to how things are growing.

COngrats! All babies are joyous news, but I think they are especially amazing when born to someone who has gone through so much. You are in for quite a ride, so get lots of sleep, spend LOTS of time together and be mindful of every blessed moment because you won't believe how fast time is going to move once the baby arrives.
