I’ve found some information on diet changes that can be made, but I also found this men’s prostate health bar that seems to be the first of its kind. Has anyone tried it? Is it effective?

I really do not see that these bars contain anything ordinary food would not provide for you. What I find particularly troublesome is that there is no ingredient list on the web site. To me, that is a red flag that they are hiding something. That said, the doctor who developed the bar seems to be well regarded in his field.

There is no way to know if it is effective until you have used it for 20 years or so and do not develop prostate hypertrophy or prostate cancer. And even then, you would not know if it was the bar or something else.
