i am just curious if any males have a noticeably lower amount of ejaculate post surgery. i have no problems with libido, before or after surgery, but i have noticed that there is less semen these days.

Im about 7½ Months post surgery, and still nothing comes out. I have no problems with erection, and the feeling is the same.. I hope in time it will come back to normal.

Gentlemen I am over 7 years post surgery and vaguely remember some issues with erection and ejaculation immediately after surgery. I remember my abdomen being so sore that I didn't even think about sex. But rest assured in time erection and ejaculation return as normal.

I'm about 18 months and just now seeing very little semen still do not have full erection but hey something is better than none and is improving give it time it could be soon it may be longer just have to be patient.
