Remember everyone is differnt so try it and if you have problems stop and try in a few months. It tough to say what will work on one and others and our systems all differ so just give it a shot . good luck.

Dude, dont do it, especially with milk. Too much protein can have an effect on your gastro system. Plus alot of that stuff is filled with sythetic. I use to take shakes and eat all that protein. Trust me, I played sports and lifted. I change my eating habits, no MSG, no fast food, or supplements. I figure, you got another chance, dont push it the second time around. I am not saying protein shakes cause UC, but alot of people who take too much shakes develop IBS like symptoms. Eat good fish, oatmeal, bananas, turkey, peanut butter may be good, whole wheat bread, no trans-fat butter, lamb, ect, ect. You can get clean protein through other ways. Don't buy into those muscle articles all the time.
