I haven't had that problem, but you can probably attribute it to any straining you do. If you strain on the toilet, you will probably notice the same thing. To be expected, and I wouldn't worry about it.

Oh - and I do get small amounts of blood periodically in the bathroom. Not a big deal. My surgeon attributes it to anal irritation.

Mark, You might try posting your latest question in the General Discussion area to generate more response. I imagine there are others who have had that happen - but I have not personally experienced it.

I get quite a lot of bleeding from inside the pouch after running very hard. I did a half marathon last year and the first time I went to the toilet afterwards it was just nearly neat blood. I didnt get too concerned as next time was OK. Sorry for the delay in replying, I havent visited the board for ages.
