There was recently another member experiencing difficulties and when she stopped the shakes she improved.The best source of protein is food, meat, chicken, etc.

I drink about one protein shake a day, and have no problems other than maybe some extra gas and looser stool

Remember everyone is differnt so try it and if you have problems stop and try in a few months. It tough to say what will work on one and others and our systems all differ so just give it a shot . good luck.

if you use isopure, or procomplex protein you should be fine, i drink 200g a day of protein and as long as it is one of those im ok!
