It's been 10 weeks since my step 2 surgery and I'm still unable to ejaculate. I'm able to maintain an erection and I do orgasm but no ejaculation. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Thanks! I don't know how I missed that. There's a lot of good information here!

Hey guys,
I read the other thread on this and there is some confusing information in there. I found the following link on wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retrograde_ejaculation This link's information is backed up by what I read elsewhere. What wasn't making sense to me when I read the other thread is where is the semen going if it is not ejaculated from the penis? Nerves have nothing to do with the production of semen. Semen is still being produced in your bodies. What is happening with RE is that the semen gets shot back into your bladder rather than out of your urethra, which is due to a problem in the nervous system. I assume that the semen is then eventually pissed out. According to what I read in this article, sudafed may increase the amount of ejaculate in 40% of those who try it. So the treatment strategy is to simply increase the volume of ejaculate that is produced, thus more eventually will come out the normal way. I really feel badly for you guys. No man should have to go through this. I have some very minor issues with ED which I think are mainly due to my age and being out of shape, but this RE really has to suck!
