I have partial to no erecion as of late some stuff comes out but not your normal sperm or what not its been over 1 year for me after step 1 I know some may get this but after one year.

By the way no offense to women please no input unless you have a husband who has this not really looking for what are the stats of this as I know what they are....looking for personal experince only thanks in advance.

After my second surgery (creating the jpouch) I suffered some nerve damage to the penis. Once I was healed enough I noticed that I could still get an erection, but it took longer, needed more effort and it was harder to sustain. The big shock was when I found that I was shooting blanks (nothing came out at all)

I was told by the urologist that it can take up to 9 months for the nerves to heal and that when it comes to nerves its an all or nothing process.

I am now 13 months past that operation. I still notice a difference in my sexual function, but much improved. Several months ago I started having some ejaculate, but it is minimal and has not increased at all since it started. I guess the only good thing is that I am still able to enjoy sex and climax, but my ability to have children is in question and it does affect me psychologically.

I was told there are medical treatments for retrograde ejaculation, but are usually not successful when it has been caused by surgery (but anything is worth a try) and the only offer for help I got for the erection part was viagra, cialis, etc...

Well I got a call from my urologist today and my blood work came back and my testosterone level is very low. Mine is 201 and the range is 250 to 1,500. He started me on AndroGel daily, and said I should know something within a month or so.

I have noticed small changes here and there but still no intercourse I notice small amount of semen coming out but does not look normal .

The doctor wants me to try the pump for a bit but since i'm not working due to all my other problems my insurance is not so great and they want 490.00 dollars for it so thats not gonna happen.

Hoping to talk to him again as he said there is other treatments to help built things back from nerve damage some say no hope this doctor has work with many to say there is I hope so we will see..
